Whether you have a low set home or a multi-story building we have the experience and equipment to complete any project regardless of the building size or how many levels.

For those areas that are higher or to difficult to reach due to building designs, we make good use of the Aerial Work Platform (cherry picker) ensuring we have easy access to complete the job perfectly.

Balancing up high on ladders is simply not an option because apart from the safety aspect, getting wide sweeps when applying the render is virtually impossible and this will result in the render showing an uneven finish and possibly, poor adhesion.

Renderers Sunshine Coast can apply render over most surfaces such as;

Brickwork: Two coat render onto existing brick homes

Painted brick: paint ‘scuff’ preparation followed by two coat system requiring 1st coat additives to ensure adhesion to paint

Green board: Acrylic render with fibreglass embedded mesh, finished with an acrylic texture

Blue board: Joint all edges with corners, patch joins with mesh tape, apply two coats of render

Hebel Blocks: Seal wall with Dulux Acrabond, followed by two coats of acrylic render

It really goes without saying but on all projects, total care and precaution is taken to protect surrounding grounds and vegetation.

Once the job is completed we do a complete area clean-up so that after we have gone, apart from having a brand new building appearance, you will never know we were there.

FRONT ONLY RENDERS

This is a very popular option. Over the past few years rendering just the front of your home (or commercial building) is a good idea to get the better street appeal straight away without the expense of a whole house render.

Many of the Queensland building companies are now doing this as part of the standard building package. For many home designs this idea really makes good sense. Like us, you aim to have an outdoor entertaining/relaxing zone and by leaving your walls in brick, it can give more of a ‘feature wall’ appearance than the exterior rendered look.

Then, if you opt to render the rest of the house in the future, the total cost including what you paid for the front rendering, will be pretty much the same as it would have been had you done it all at the same time.

RENDERING SERVICES to BODY CORPORATES

Renderers Sunshine Coast realise that Body Corporates need to ensure that expenses are justified and expenditure must be seriously considered on all maintenance and development.

One way to keep the rendering costs down on existing render is by engaging us to implement a regular service and maintenance contract in which we will give regular inspections of the render and repair any chips, cracks or sheet drops whilst we are there and before they deteriorate further. This will retain the overall appearance of the building/s while minimising any potential damage expansion.
